Do I need to know how to code?

No. You fill in forms and click buttons. Everything is visual.

Can my customers pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is the first payment option and is always on. Bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa transfers can be paid manually and noted on the order.

Can shoppers pay by card or Raast?

Yes, if you connect your own Safepay account. Safepay must approve you first, and the money goes straight to your Safepay account. Most sellers start with cash on delivery and add this later.

Does EasyStore message my customers on WhatsApp for me?

Not yet. Today, every order has a one-tap button that opens a WhatsApp message to the customer, which you send yourself. Automatic confirmations are planned.

Which couriers work with EasyStore?

You can enter a tracking number from any courier today, and shoppers see it on their order page. Automatic booking with TCS, Leopards and PostEx is coming soon.

Is it free to start?

Yes. The free plan lets you list products and take orders. Prices shown here are a preview, and final pricing is not decided yet.

Can I use my own domain name?

Every store gets a free address. Your own domain is planned for after launch.
