Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between [Company legal name], [Registered address], Pakistan ("EasyStore", "we", "us") and anyone who visits our website or creates a store with our service ("you"). The service lets you build an online store, list products, take orders and manage them.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Data policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms are intended to form an electronic contract. We rely on the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 for the validity of agreements made online. [Lawyer to confirm.]

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• You must give correct information and keep your email and password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us at [Support email] right away if you think someone else has used your account.
• One person or business may not create accounts to avoid a suspension or a limit.

We provide a hosted store builder: a storefront for your shoppers and a dashboard for you. We work to keep it available but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features.

Your store is hosted on an EasyStore address. Using your own domain name may be offered later.

You must not use EasyStore to:

• sell anything illegal in Pakistan, or anything that infringes someone else's rights, including counterfeit goods;
• sell items we list as prohibited, such as weapons, narcotics, stolen goods, or items whose sale needs a licence you do not hold [list to be finalised with a lawyer];
• mislead shoppers, take payment for goods you do not intend to deliver, or run fake or scam stores;
• send spam, or collect or use shoppers' data for anything other than fulfilling their orders and the purposes you have told them about;
• upload viruses, attack or probe the service, or try to access another store's data;
• break the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 or any other law that applies to you.

You are the seller. EasyStore is a software provider and is not a party to the sale between you and your shoppers.

• You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, photos, stock, packing and delivery.
• You must follow the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection laws, rules on product labelling and safety, and any licence or registration your business needs.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, including sales tax, income tax and any registration with the tax authorities. EasyStore does not calculate, collect or pay taxes for you unless we clearly say otherwise.
• You must publish accurate policies for delivery, returns and refunds. Templates we provide are general examples, not legal advice, and you must review them yourself.
• You must handle shoppers' personal data lawfully and only as needed to serve their orders (see our Data policy).
• You must answer shopper complaints and honour your returns and refund promises.

Shoppers can pay you by cash on delivery and, if you switch it on, by other methods such as bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa that you confirm yourself.

Online card and wallet payments are processed by Safepay, an independent payment provider. Your use of Safepay is also subject to Safepay's own terms. EasyStore does not hold or see card numbers. You are responsible for refunds and chargebacks on your sales. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by Safepay, banks, couriers or wallet providers.

The free plan has limits (for example on the number of products). Paid plans cost [Plan prices in PKR] per [billing period]. [Describe when you are charged, how, and any taxes added.]

We may change prices or limits with at least [Notice period, e.g. 30 days] notice. [Describe refunds, cancellation and what happens to a store when a paid plan ends.]

You keep the rights to the products, text, photos and logos you upload. You give us permission to store, display and process them only to run your store and the service.

You promise you have the right to use what you upload. EasyStore's own software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy them.

We may pause or suspend a store, or limit features, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or the law, puts shoppers or the service at risk, or if fees are overdue, or if a court, regulator or authority asks us to.

Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem. A suspended store is not visible to shoppers.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, EasyStore is not liable for lost sales, lost profit, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, or for what you or your shoppers do. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to [Liability cap, e.g. the fees you paid us in the last 12 months].

Nothing in these Terms removes any right or liability that cannot be removed under the law of Pakistan. [Lawyer to review this section carefully.]

You can stop using EasyStore at any time and ask us to close your account at [Support email]. We may end your access if you break these Terms.

After closing, we keep or delete data as described in our Data policy. Records we must keep by law are kept for the legally required period.
